Attorneys
Our firm consists of three attorneys. John D. Smith is our principal lawyer; he is assisted by Andrew Meier and Mark D. Webb. Together, they provide our clients with legal services in the areas that people are most likely to need. Whatever the legal issue, our attorneys offer vigorous advocacy, sound counsel and cost-effective representation. Matters requiring extensive litigation are often handled by John Smith; in the course of his lengthy career, he has successfully litigated approximately 200 jury trials and been centrally involved with more than 1,000 others.

Clients will find our Springboro office to be friendly and accessible. Our recently constructed building is on North Main Street and has plenty of parking. We welcome clients from all over the Southwestern Ohio region, including people serving at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
